Swedish massage focuses on relaxing and encouraging more blood flow and circulation in the body. Its great for lowering stress and tension. The pressure is usually light to medium.

Deep tissue focuses on the deeper layers of muscles that might be causing structual issues in the body. This can help with chronic pain in the lower back, shoulders, neck, etc. The pressure can be medium to deep.

Sports massage focuses on clients pain sometimes related to activities, for example, runners, cyclists, and weight lifters.This is helpful for increasing range of motion, enhancing recovery, reduces muscle pain, etc.

Custom massage is a varitey of different modalites that I might feel is best for the client's body. That might include swedish, trigger points, myofasical release, active and/or passive stretching, etc.
