Hi, welcome to my page! 

I never knew massage therapy was my path, even though I used to massage my parents feet after long hours of labor. I did, however, know I wanted to help people feel better, feel seen and valued. Finding massage therapy school was fate, it sort of fell into my lap and I took it as a sign. As soon as I started school I fell in love with the process, learning the muscles and how they moved, and how to lower pain in the body! To know that I didn't have to live in constant pain in the lower back or the shoulders was so comforting. I know living with body pain can be so debilitating and frustrating, so helping others move towards better maintenance of their body is my goal. The reason I started this business was to give clients a more personalized care and more affordable access to massage. Massage shouldn't just be a lavish gift given once a year to family or friends, its important for lowering stress and anxiety, improving sleep, and just moving through this world a little bit easier.
